Empyrella Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on perfumes that have been opened or used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if the outer packaging (box) is mis-shaped, but the product itself remains in perfect condition.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and the item must meet the return eligibility criteria mentioned above.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

Return Shipping
